New Potato and Radish Salad

Method

  1. Cut any large potatoes in half. Place all the potatoes in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring to the boil and simmer for 10-15 minutes until tender.
  2. Drain and add the lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper. Leave to cool before stirring in the herbs followed by the radishes.
  3. Tasty served with meat or fish as well as with other salads.
