Chicken & Chard Noodles

Serves 2



  1. Cook the noodles according to manufacturers instructions.
  2. Steam the chard on top of the saucepan for a few minutes until just wilted.
  3. Meanwhile dry fry the cumin & sesame seeds for 4 minutes in a hot frying pan. Set aside the seeds.
  4. Pour a little oil in the frying pan and cook the chicken until golden.
  5. Drain the water from the noodles and keep warm.
  6. Place in the saucepan the oil, garlic and paprika, cook for 2 minutes and then add the noodles. Coat the noodles with the mixture then add the chard and chicken. Finally sprinkle on the seeds.
