Blue Cheese Pasta with Wild Garlic

Serves 2.



  1. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Meanwhile heat the butter in a frying pan and cook the mushrooms until starting to colour.
  3. Place the blue cheese and cream in a bowl and heat gently in the microwave until the cheese has melted into the cream (approx. 2-3 mins).
  4. When the pasta is cooked, drain and return to the saucepan, adding the wild garlic. Stir so that the heat from the pasta wilts the garlic.
  5. Stir in the sauce & mushrooms adding salt & pepper to taste.
