Homemade Beef Burgers



  1. In a large bowl mix all the ingredients together thoroughly.
  2. Depending on how big you want your burgers, divide the mixture into equal size balls. Flatten the balls out so they are about 1cm thick.
  3. To cook, heat a frying pan on a high heat, with a little oil and cook the burgers in batches for approx. 4 mins on each side until cooked all the way through, keep the burgers warm in a low oven while you finish cooking the remainder. Alternatively cook on a hot barbeque; again ensure all the burgers are cooked through.
